Photography starts at $119 for up to 15 interior and exterior photos in any mix. The $149 small package includes drone coverage and up to 20 total photos in any mix of interior, exterior and drone shots. Unlimited photography starts at $175 for homes up to 1,700 interior square feet; homes from 1,701–2,500 square feet are $195. Larger homes follow our square-footage tiers. See photography pricing.

Choose the package that fits your listing: up to 15 photos, up to 20 with drone coverage, or unlimited photography. With the unlimited package, we photograph the views needed to showcase the property rather than applying a fixed photo count.

Yes. Each additional photo beyond the included 15, or 20 with drone coverage, costs $6. Enter an estimated extra-photo count when booking. We confirm the final count and amount before charging. The interior/exterior mix is flexible; the drone package has no separate drone-photo limit.

Unlimited professionally edited HDR interior and exterior photos, window clarity, blue sky replacements, TV screen and fireplace enhancements, minor digital decluttering and grass replacements, basic home setup, MLS-ready photo downloads, and standard photo delivery by 1 PM the following day. Please prepare the home before we arrive; basic setup does not include cleaning or full staging.

Yes. First-time customers booking unlimited photography may choose one free standard aerial add-on or one free floor plan. Select the first-time-customer option and choose your free service when booking. If you select both services, the other is charged at its normal price. The small photo packages are not eligible, and eligibility is reviewed before invoicing.

Bundle savings are 5% at a $300 service subtotal, 10% at $500, or 15% at $750. Only the highest qualifying discount applies. Your booking summary shows the applicable savings, tax, weekend fees and any cash adjustment before you submit.

Some services cost less when booked with photography for the same appointment. Each service page separates prices into “Booked with photography” and “Booked independently.” Your booking estimate updates based on your selections.

Yes. Standard aerial photography is $59 with a photography order or $119 independently. We also offer a $149 small photo package with drone coverage and up to 20 total photos in any mix. Drone work depends on safe flying conditions and applicable airspace restrictions. See aerial photography.

Choose on-ground footage or a walkthrough with drone footage. With photography, these are $99 and $139; independently, they are $199 and $239. Add an agent-led intro for $80 with either option. Edited property videos are available in vertical or horizontal format. Watch video examples.

Yes. Choose your video footage option, then select “Add agent-led intro” for $80 extra. It adds an on-camera realtor introduction to your edited video. The intro is optional and appears as a separate line in your estimate.

Yes. A 2D floor plan is $59 with photography or $129 independently. Matterport 3D tours are $129 with photography or start at $175 independently, based on interior size. Yes. Virtual staging costs $15 per photo. Choose vacant-room images and a furniture style to help buyers picture the space. Standard virtual staging delivery is by 1 PM the following day. See before-and-after examples.

Yes. A dedicated property website is $35 and brings together your supplied property details, photography and available floor plans, videos or 3D tours. Our public property websites are unbranded by default. See property website examples.

Minor digital decluttering and image cleanup are included with unlimited photography. For larger objects or extensive changes, send us a photo so we can discuss what is realistic and whether additional editing is needed. Please clean and declutter the property before the shoot.

We are based in North Port and serve Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee, Hardee, DeSoto, Highlands and Glades counties. The same standard pricing applies throughout all ten counties, with no additional travel fee. For properties outside these counties, call or text us to discuss options. View our service area.

Use our online booking form to enter the property address, interior square footage, requested appointment and services. You can also text 941-275-6550 with your property details or ask for a quote.

No. Online scheduling is a request. We review the location, services and availability, then confirm the date and time with you. If your requested time is unavailable, we will contact you about an alternative.

Online requests start from tomorrow; same-day bookings are unavailable. Requested start times run from 8 AM through 4 PM Eastern, in 30-minute increments. Weekend requests are available with an $80 Saturday fee or $100 Sunday fee, shown in your estimate. Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–7 PM Eastern.

Standard photography usually takes around 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the property size and readiness. Video, floor plans, 3D tours and other services can require additional time. We can discuss timing when confirming your appointment.

Yes. We photograph occupied, vacant and furnished properties. Please arrange access and have the home ready before your appointment. You can be present or provide the access details during booking.

Clean and declutter, make beds, clear counters, put away personal items, remove cars from the driveway, turn on lights and turn off ceiling fans. We can make minor adjustments during the shoot, but cleaning and full staging are the homeowner’s or realtor’s responsibility. Use our pre-shoot checklist.

Blue sky replacements can help with cloudy-day exterior photos, but they do not replace safe shooting conditions. We check the weather and may contact you to reschedule for rain, high winds or other unsuitable conditions. Drone and on-site sunset work depend on weather. See our weather and revisit terms before deciding to proceed in poor conditions.

Please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $100 fee. No-shows more than 15 minutes late and revisits for reasons outside the photographer’s control may also incur a $100 fee, as described in our terms and conditions.

Standard photo delivery is by 1 PM the following day. Optional same-day express photo delivery is $89, with delivery by 9 PM on the shoot day. Express delivery applies to photos; confirm timing for video, 3D tours and other services separately.

We provide a project delivery page with previews and download links for your completed deliverables. Photo downloads include full-resolution originals and separate MLS-sized files. Delivery pages are available for 90 days after delivery, so please download and save your files. Dropbox originals are retained separately. Explore a sample delivery page.

No service payment is collected at booking. If you choose card payment, Stripe securely saves your payment method with your authorization. The agreed final service amount is charged after the shoot is completed. Cash is also available when selected during booking.

We confirm changes to the services, property size or estimated photo count and the final amount before charging. Your invoice reflects the agreed services completed. You can review the estimate before submitting your booking request.
