Privacy policy

This policy covers Vuzario.com and our property and delivery websites at properties.vuzario.com and delivery.vuzario.com. Vuzario LLC provides real estate photography and property marketing services.

Information we collect

When you request a booking, we collect your name, contact and delivery email addresses, phone number, property address, requested appointment, selected services, property size, payment preference and any notes you provide. Access instructions and a lockbox code are collected when needed for the shoot. Please provide only information needed for your project and make sure you are authorized to share the property details, access instructions and other people’s contact information.

We also handle property photographs, videos, tours and floor plans to produce and deliver the services you order. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, request times and website activity.

How we use your information

We use your information to review and confirm appointment requests, access the property, carry out your selected services, communicate about the project, deliver files, prepare invoices, process authorized payments and maintain business records. We also use technical information to operate, protect and improve the website. Booking requests do not guarantee an appointment.

When you accept the card-saving agreement, your booking details are submitted to prepare secure card entry. A card booking remains incomplete until Stripe verifies that the payment method was saved. This website does not collect a service payment at booking.

Payments and service providers

We share information with providers as needed to operate the website and provide your requested services:

• Stripe: securely collects and stores payment details and processes authorized payments and invoices. Vuzario receives payment-method references and payment status, not your full card number or card security code. Saving a card does not charge it. The agreed final service amount is charged after the shoot. Stripe privacy policy.
• Cloudflare: hosts our websites, booking records and web preview files, provides owner sign-in and security services, and supplies website usage and performance analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-free; hosting and security functions are separate from those analytics. Cloudflare privacy policy.
• Dropbox: stores project files and provides original-file downloads. Your download link may open Dropbox. Dropbox privacy policy.
• U.S. Census Bureau: receives the address you enter if you choose “Find address” in booking. You can enter the address manually instead. Census privacy policy.
• Media and editing providers: providers such as Matterport and photo-editing services such as AutoHDR may process property imagery to create or display the requested media. Playing a third-party tour or video can allow that provider to process browser and usage information under its own privacy practices.
• Communications and alternate forms: email and telephone providers process project communications. If you use our linked legacy Jotform order form, that provider processes your submission under its own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our customers, business or website. Third-party services and external links have their own privacy practices.

Cookies and information saved in your browser

Choosing “Save and finish later” stores a booking draft on your device and browser. The draft can include contact details, the property address, selections and notes. The lockbox-code field and payment authorizations are excluded. Use “Delete saved information” on the booking page or clear your browser’s site data to remove the draft. Avoid saving a draft on a shared device.

Temporary browser storage also keeps the reference needed to retry a booking safely and view its confirmation in the same browser. Stripe, owner sign-in and embedded third-party services may use cookies or similar storage for their functionality and security. Blocking that storage can affect those services. We do not add advertising pixels to the current website.

Project access, retention and security

Client delivery pages normally remain available for 90 days from delivery. After expiration, access to hosted preview copies ends and those copies are removed by the cleanup process. This does not delete original files in Dropbox. Public property websites and permanent demonstration pages have separate availability and are not subject to the delivery-page expiration rule.

Booking, invoice, payment-authorization and other business records are retained as needed to provide services, manage accounts, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not apply the 90-day preview cleanup to those records.

We use safeguards including secure connections, restricted owner access and encryption of booking contact and access details in our booking database. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Property websites are public, and delivery or download links can be shared by their recipients; share those links only with the intended people.

Your choices

Contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be kept for service, accounting, security or legal reasons. Privacy rights depend on your location and applicable law. You can also remove a saved booking draft directly in your browser.

Our services are intended for adults conducting real estate business and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.

We may update this policy as our services change. The date above identifies the latest update.
